Beef Rump Cap (min 1kg) cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. A butcher’s favourite for bold flavour and a crisp fat cap.

Especially good roasted whole then carved into slices, or cut into steaks for grilling. Keep a little fat on for flavour and baste as it cooks.
