Shipping policy

Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses. All of our deliveries are sent via courier with delivery guaranteed next day. We will require a signature on delivery so please ensure someone is available to sign. Our delivery days are Thursday and Friday and can be chosen at checkout. If your order has not arrived by 6 p.m on your chosen delivery day, please call 01566 772244 Option 1.

Delivery Costs

All deliveries will cost £9.99 or FREE DELIVERY for orders of £100 or over. We part subsidise all of the delivery costs for under £125 already, this is to allow us to offer the priority premium delivery service through our courier.

Delivery Address

We will ship to the address that is the billing address for the cardholder unless you state an alternative delivery address at the checkout.
