Terms of service

Please read the following carefully. By using this website the "user" or "you" agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use you should exit the site.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 16 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

PRODUCT WEIGHT

All of our products will fall within a tolerance of +/- 10% of the unit priced weight.

ORDERS
We aim to deliver within 3 working days of receiving your order, via a signed-for delivery courier. At times we might require longer particularly during peak gift seasons or if there is a high demand for a particular product - we will contact you by email if this is the case. Most Deliveries are made within three working days.

Please note that any orders placed with us are subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions herewith listed. All orders placed on our web site will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that electronic does not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and us will take place upon our despatch of your goods, all products will be cut within a +/-10% weight range.

We do not offer any money back guaranties however our sole aim is to give you a very high standard of produce and service and we will deal with all complaints in the appropriate manner.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES
Please inform us of any damaged deliveries straight away via phone on 01566 772244, due to the goods being perishable, we need to know promptly. Please quote the order number your name and a description of the problem. We cannot accept claims for damages received after 2 days following receipt.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will NOT pass on any personal information or details of your orders to any other companies. The information that we request in your initial registration is purely to help you to quickly place a new order if you revisit us in the future. We will only send emailed news if you have requested this option, and you can cancel this service at any time.

 

Philip Warren Butchers Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the Philip Warren Butchers Loyalty Scheme 
, operated by Philip Warren Butchers Ltd 
By registering for and using your loyalty card or digital account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership
1.1 Membership is free and available to individuals aged 18 years or over.
1.2 To participate in the Loyalty Scheme, customers must register their details either online,
in-store or through any other registration method provided by Philip Warren Butchers.
1.3 Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate and up to
date.
2. Earning Points
2.1 Members will earn loyalty points on eligible purchases made at participating Philip
Warren Butchers retail stores.
2.2 Your loyalty card or registered account must be presented at the time of purchase in
order to collect points. Points cannot normally be added retrospectively.
2.3 Points will be credited to your account once the transaction has been completed.
2.4 Points are awarded on all eligible retail purchases, including promotional items, unless
otherwise stated.
2.5 Purchases made through trade or business accounts are excluded from the Loyalty
Scheme unless expressly agreed in writing by Philip Warren Butchers.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 If an item is returned or a refund is issued, any loyalty points earned from that purchase
will be deducted from your loyalty account.
3.2 Where points have already been redeemed against a refunded purchase, Philip Warren
Butchers reserves the right to adjust your points balance accordingly.
4. Redeeming Points
4.1 Points may be redeemed against qualifying purchases in accordance with the current
Loyalty Scheme redemption rates.
4.2 Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
4.3 Rewards and redemption values may change from time to time at Philip Warren
Butchers' discretion.
5. Points Expiry
5.1 Loyalty points do not currently expire.
5.2 Philip Warren Butchers reserves the right to amend this policy by providing reasonable
notice to members.

6. Lost Cards
6.1 Please notify us as soon as possible if your loyalty card is lost or stolen.
6.2 Philip Warren Butchers cannot guarantee the recovery of points collected before a lost
card has been reported.
7. Misuse
7.1 Philip Warren Butchers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any loyalty account
where we reasonably believe the scheme has been abused, fraudulent activity has occurred,
or these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
7.2 Any points remaining on a terminated account may be forfeited.
8. Changes to the Scheme
8.1 Philip Warren Butchers reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Loyalty
Scheme, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time.
8.2 Where reasonably possible, notice of significant changes will be provided via our website
or in-store.
9. Liability
9.1 Philip Warren Butchers accepts no responsibility for technical failures, lost cards, system
errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control which affect the operation of the
Loyalty Scheme.
9.2 Our liability shall not exceed the value of any points held on your account.
10. Privacy
10.1 We will process your personal information in accordance with applicable UK data
protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 By joining the Loyalty Scheme, you agree that Philip Warren Butchers may use your
personal information to administer your account, allocate points, communicate with you
regarding your membership and, where you have opted in, send you information about
offers, products and promotions.
10.3 You may update your marketing preferences or request access to, correction or
deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

11. General
11.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
