We have been butchers in our town for many years now. 12 years ago we opened a new out of town store which has evolved greatly, due to demand, to become our new home.
Carrying on the traditions of the past but in a modern way, we continue to strive to be the best and to serve our visitors and local community the best we can.
A big part of our business is all about bringing through the next generation and we always aim to have approximately eight apprentices working their way towards having a trade, many of whom have stayed with us and are now a fundamental part of what we do.
