Beef Rib (on the Bone) cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. Deeply flavoured and wonderfully juicy when cooked with care.

Excellent for a slow roast on the bone, where the fat and bone add flavour. Allow time to rest before carving for the best result.
