Whole Dry Aged Fillet cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. A lean, tender cut with a refined flavour.

Well suited to roasting as a centrepiece. Cook to medium-rare, rest thoroughly, then carve into thick slices or cut into steaks.
