10oz Rib-Eye x 2 Dry Aged cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.
Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. Naturally marbled for a rich, succulent steak.
Particularly well suited to quick cooking over high heat to render the fat and develop a good crust. Excellent pan-fried or grilled, then rested well before serving.
