Butcher's food, cooked to order
The hot food counter is the block put to work. The beef, pork and lamb we age and cut go straight into the kitchen — roasted, slow cooked and baked into the food you can pick up and eat the same day.
No middleman, no reheated trays trucked in. Just proper cooked food from a butcher that has been feeding Launceston since 1880.

It changes with the day and the season, but you can always expect a hot roast, something in pastry, and plenty to take away.
