Where it all began
Launceston is where WW Davey opened the doors in 1880, and where the Warren family have cut meat since 1979. The cutting room and ageing rooms are here, behind the shop.
This is the whole operation under one roof: the farm's animals arrive, hang, are broken down and sold across the same counter. It does not get more direct than that.
